How Will Lordosis, Degenerative Disc Disease And Other Problems Be Treated?

Lot of shoulder pain in both shoulders radiating down arms. Findings from X-ray - straightening. Of the normal cervical lordosis. TDegenerative disc disease at c4-c5 where there are minimal posterior osteophytes. Degenerative disc disease is also seen at C5-C6 where there is decreased intervertebral disc height and osteophyte formation. Lateral masses of C1 are satisfactorily positioned on C2. Sending me for MRI. So what will be done?
