I feel severly anxious, depressed, my bipolar 2 mood cycles are in full swing, agitated, restless, having loquacity, in 48 hours I ve only gotten 4 hours sleep, low appetite, fever, already having hypertension I m sure my BP and pulse aree high, difficulty breathing, racing heartbeat, tightness in chest, my essential tremors are rally bad, dizziness/lightheadness, hyperactive, overstimulated, and restless. What is the ttreatment for Nuvigil overdose? Where can *I seek treatment specifically for Modafinil addiction? What is the detox protocol for comimng off of Nuvigil? In 2013 all due to Ativan and Klonipin withdrawal (an EEg showed negative for epilepsy) I had a grand mal seizure leading to 5 days in the ICU and 10 days total in the hospital. I am of course that the amount of Nuvigil I took if I don t seek emergency medical treatment that my 2nd seizure is certain. Doctor I am honesty brolke until a couple weeks when I get my SSI check. Can you please make an exception for this answer is a matter of life and death.

Hi,

You need to be seen in the emergency room as soon as you can! You seem to be extremely anxious and you have many very dangerous prescription medicines around you.

Please for your sake ask a family member or nearby friend to drive you to the nearest emergency room and take all of your medicines along with you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arnold Zedd,
