Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the Ginette is hormone level acting molecule, the dose of which should not be discontinued on your own without doctor`s assistance.
* In our clinic, I recommend to regularly follow up the patient with symptomatic evaluation and co relation with lab parameters to decide the course of therapy.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
