General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

bupropion should be slowly withdrawn. Generally, we ask patients to reduce the dose like 150 mg then half tablet and then stop it.

This may need a few weeks. Anywhere down the track where you feel unwell increase the dose back and then go down more slowly.

However, do not stop the medicine until you ask your psychiatrist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
