How To Treat Wrist Pain Caused After Injury?

My wrist has gotten injured in dance class, when I jumped and the fell on it. This happened on Thursday, and 3 days later it is still hurting. Do I need to get an x-ray? I don t have the money to do this. I m sorry. I ll just see what my mom says again I guess... Bye.

As per your constraints I can suggest you is to start taking diclofenac potassium along with calcium tablets also. For local relief of pain you can use any local analgesic ointment. You can use crepe bandage to immobilize your wrist joint.Yes an X-ray is required to find out if there is any fracture or just an soft tissue injury or any sprain.kindly consult an orthopaedician working in government hospital as drugs will be cheaper or free of cost and consultation will also not be so costly.
