i have this white bump on my finger and at first i thought i had a splinter because the bump is like kind of white and kind of clear and so i popped it at picked at my bump then it oozed out clear stuff. When i look closely at it there is a little hole and i can see inside of my little bump it looks like about the size of umm maybe 0.7 lead (the hole) it has been there for about 3 days and i don't know what it is. can you please help
