How To Treat Weight Gain Around Abdomen Despite Taking Amlodipine And Sotalol?
I have been on soltalol 80mg 2x daily,Amlodipine 5 mg daily.For 2 1/2 years. I rxcercise three times per week including weight & cardio & I seem to be gaining,Abdominal weight. I can t seem to reduce my weight .Is there anything else I can do to help this condition . I m in my mid 70 s

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion keep the exercise continue and cut down the calorie contained diet, it would be better to see the dietitian for better diet guide line, but you have to continue the exercise you may get the good result after few months, take care.
