How To Treat Vomit And Diarrhea In A 3 Years Old Child?
My 3year old daughter has had dirrhoea for 3 days and today has started to vomit. She is complaint of a sore tummy and also a very sore anus inside which stings when she is passing a stool. Seen local doctor 4 days ago due to her shallow breathing but he said she was fine just a virus.

Clinical diagnosis in your case is acute gastroenteritis due to bacterial infection.treatment includes antiemetic + antibiotic+ carminative syrup for stomach pain + pre and pro biotics and maintaining good hydration. Hydration should be monitored.loose motion take 5-6 days to stop
