How To Treat Urine Incontinence?

I have incontinence. After sleeping, when I get out of bed in the morning, my urine starts to flow and I cannot control it. I have to wear Depends to bed. In the daytime, I have to wear a pad as when I feel the sensation to go to the bathroom, it starts before I get there. I do not want to have surgery. I have taken oxybutinin before and it did not help. No meds have helped. What can I do?

Hi.
Even surgery does not guarantee cure of incontinence.
If I were your physician I would advise you to seek Ayurveda physicians advise where you can hope to get some relief without surgery and without side effects. Gokshar, chaderprabha etc are some wonder medicines.
