Sir,
My mothers age is 55. she has red blood clots in Urine. Very difficult to urinate initially till the clot came out. CT abdomen taken shows there may be carcinoma bladder and filling diffect in bladder. But cistoscopy test shows no problem either in bladder or bilateral urinary tract. Again urine checked for cytology and urine spot test and found no abnormality.
Red clots now turn to white and now white semisolid clots coming every time in urination.
Urine out put also low though more water taken.
she was diabetic which is under control for the last 4 months

* This is definite in relation with underlying pathology only , cystoscopy showing no abnormality is not acceptable with the history .
* Needs expert guidance with urologist as it is heavy infection or cancer more likely .
* Biopsy of the bladder wall or suspicious lesion is most advisable to get the perfect diagnosis and further management guidelines .
Hope this clears your doubts .
