How To Treat Uneven Breast Size After Placing An Implant?

My daughter has the Braca 1 gene. She had a tram flap, with both breast taken off, one was ok, but the other didn t work so she has a implant on her left breast, and her real breast on right. they are not even at all, she is planning on having the Dr. redo the real one, and have both breast have implants. what do you think she should have done? I am not going to pay for an answer, thank you!

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Having breast implant on one side and being with natural on the other would certainly have unevenness as one is natural and other one would be artificial.
It would be impossible to make it look 100% natural after the implant as the underneath tissues holding implant after undergoing surgery would be certainly lax as compared to natural.
In case it needs to look alike on both sides, it needs to be performed on both sides.
Kindly consult your doctor in this regard for proper evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
