How To Treat The Swelling And Pain In My Arm?
Im a 16 year old girl, my 14 year old brother kicked me as hard as he could when he got really angry, now the spot on my arm is swollen and hard, it hurts a bit when touched and there is a slight constant pain in the area, movement is fine and so is lifting things, it swelled up after only a few minutes

This is good that the movements are fine and lifting things are fine.
Yet on a safer note: please keep that limb in a sling so that the rest gives time to heal faster and to reduce the pain and swelling.
Apply Ice on the swollen are. Take anti-inflammatory tablet if you have at home.
You will be fine soon.
