My name is Jakir aged about 19. My left side of scrotum is swollen i.e. like small balls but so itchy n painful. Earlier when I touch gently I can feel the moving away of fluids inside it but I had curiosity to know so I tried every day to know about this. For this I touched sometimes when used to bath n after urinals rtc. But since 4 days it is gradually becoming so painful but earlier I had no pain. No I feel uncomfortable to walk also because the wound is amidst of thigh and down part of testes. So I want to know treatment soon ..
That feeling like a fluid moves inside your scrotum, that is localized in those small painful balls may be caused by a medical condition called varicocele. This happens due to an abnormal enlargement of your testicular blood vessels.
Epididymitis is another medical condition which causes such symptoms (pain, discomfort, cystic painful structures).
To get more information you must do a testicular ultrasound examination and consult an urologist. He will define the real problem and will give you the proper medical solution for this issue.
I hope you'll be fine soon! Kind regards! DR ERIOL.
