Hello, My eight-year-old daughter fell and bumped the crown of her head on the floor around 5pm yesterday. She cried, but after a few minutes, was fine and her normal self. Fifteen hours later she threw up at school and has vomited twice more today. This evening, she started feeling sick and cold. I bundled her up and she is asleep. She has had shrimp, crackers and an orange to eat this evening. Neither her head or neck ache and she says it s just her tummy. It sounds more like gastroenteritis, but I m concerned. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
