How To Treat Sweaty Butt-cheeks?

I have rather sweaty butt-cheeks and often I feel it it wet at the starting of the division of the butt cheeks. Then I try to clean it with a tissue. But when I have done the cleaning , the tissue has blood stains on it. Should I bne worried about it??? Should I take any medication?
