How To Treat Stomach Pain And Diarrhea Caused Due To Excess Drinking?
Hi I am concerned about my son he is 28 year old and over the last three weeks he has been complaining of stomach pain he drinks a lot and does not eat well. He has had a problem with wind also his stools are loose yesterday he thought he was passing wind but had an accident and did not make it to the toilet the pain is worse when he bends forward also I have Crohns disease and three other family members have it also.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of abdominal pain and flatulence may be due to some infection and mostly this could be due to Protozoa infection and this can be best treated with "Tab Mertonidazole" 400 mg twice in day for five days, hope this information helps, take care.
