How To Treat Staphylococcus Epidermidis?

My son got diagnosed with staphoccos epirdermitis while on a humanitarian mission in the Philippines. He is on a second bout of antibiotics. I am worried....he will be coming home soon but what would cause this and what should he be doing once here...is this worrisome?

This is not serious thing unless it spreads outside the skin and this rarely happens. He should finish antibiotic course and see will condition improve in next 2 weeks. Also, antibiotics can be changed if there is no relief.
