How To Treat Stage 4 Cancer?
Brother has stage 4 cancer in small intestines. Tried to remove with surgery, did not work. To weak for chemo Now the Dr.s say there nothing else they can do. Advised us to contact hospice. Brother wants to fight for his life. Has lots of family support. Do you recommend hospice. or wait to see if he gets stronger by eating , and then get chemo

Chemo also works only if patient is in fit condition to receive it. If he is literally very week and if he is not able to take of his own orally it is better to hospitalize him for parentral nutrition therapy and subsequent chemotherapy. In stage four chemotherapy, conventional or targetted is the only option of treatment.
