How To Treat Sore Throat?

The right side of my throats is sore. It s in the middle of the Adam s apple. I am pretty sure it s from a sneeze the other day at work. It has been there for about 3 days now it doesn t seem to be getting better. It hurts to swallow, drink and talk etc..I think it cracked a little bit about 10 minutes ago.I am currently using Panadol and cough lollies!What should I do?

Hi, I think you need some antibiotics. Take steam inhalation 3 times per day and do warm saline gargle. You can take some antihistaminics also. Consult a physician for that.
