How To Treat Small Sore And Odour At The Head Of Penis After Having Sex?

Hi I am a circumcised male and have a small sore where the head of my penis meets the shaft. I have had it for about a week. No sores elsewhere. I Believe it occurred during intercourse.I put an antibacterial cream on it and it seemed to get better, but reopened after further intercourse. It seems to have an odor to it as well

clean the area and apply betadine ointment. it is alright if improved other wise goes for std test.it should imprve and become normal.
