Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advice that I can give to you are:
-Using over-the-counter stool softeners.
-Drinking more fluids.
-Taking fiber supplements and eating more fibrous foods, such as raw fruits and vegetables.
-Taking warm baths called sitz baths, to relax the anal muscles, relieve irritation and increase blood flow to the anorectal area.
-Use coconut oil for local relief

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
