Hi,

Here are some pain remedies that may help alleviate your symptoms:
1. Rest: Avoid activities that aggravate your shoulder pain and rest your shoulder as much as possible.
2. Ice and Heat: Applying ice or a cold pack to the affected area for 15-20 minutes several times a day can help reduce inflammation and alleviate pain. Applying heat to the affected area can also help relieve pain and stiffness.
3. Medications: Over-the-counter pain medications such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help alleviate pain.
4. Physical therapy: A physical therapist can teach you exercises to help improve shoulder mobility and reduce pain. Physical therapy can also help prevent future episodes of frozen shoulder.
5. Injections: Corticosteroid injections can help reduce inflammation and alleviate pain.

If your shoulder pain does not improve with these remedies, it may be necessary to seek further medical attention. A healthcare provider can evaluate your shoulder and recommend additional treatment options, which may include surgery or other interventions depending on the severity of your injury.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
