Yesterday I fell and my legs flew up in the air and I landed on my upper back and slammed my head onto the patio. I have a horrible headache and have been nauseous since it has happened. It is getting worse and worse as the day goes on and now I have a severe stiff neck. Is this something that happens when you hit your head like this or is this something I need to go to the ER for? I have never hit my head before so I have no clue if this is just normal and will get better.
