Is Treatment Needed For Severe Headache And Stiff Neck?

I have had a severe headache and stiff neck all day. It has felt like my head was in a vice. It has not responded to Tylenol or tramadol. Skelaxin is the only thing that helps but it has never completely gone away. This evening the symptoms also include a buzzing in my head. Do I need to get medical attention or should I wait this out?
