Hello iam 20 years old female I masterbated yesterday I mean I masterbated thrice yeaterday and after that I felt a really bad pain in my abdomen I sneeze I feel the muscle contraction which causes pain I walk I feel the pain its been almost 4-5 hours I m having this pain all I know its not any infection because when I masterbate its only the clit which is involved I dont do anything with vagina tract please tell me how to get rid of this pain fast and easily and tell me how much time it will take for this pain to get over .
