General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

In 90% cases, the cause of seizures could not be detected despite having all the routine and neurological investigations.

Do you have been diagnosed for your seizures and if yes then since when?

Now,causes of recurrent seizures could be failure to take medication, anxiety, stress, electrolyte imbalance etc.

These are more exaggerating factors rather than causes for recurrent seizures.

The underlying cause of feeling dizzy could be vasovagal, orthostatic hypotension or postural tachycardia ,neurogenic syncope or syncope due to anxiety.

You must consult your neurologist for thoroughly clinical assessment to detect the underlying cause.

Regards,
