How To Treat Scars And Redness On Face Caused Due To Pimples?

Hi Respected sir/maam. I am 18 year old male. I am having pimples on my face from 1 year. And because of pimples there are scars and redness. It takes ages to get rid of scar/redness.I do masturbate 3-4 time in a week. Is this the reason? I play and watch movies whole night and sleep in day time, The lack of sleep may be the reason? 1) Please tell me how to avoid/ take care of pimples.2) How to get rid of scars.3) How to loose redness caused by pimples.4) What should i eat to get rid of scars/pimples.

Hi,

1.Apart from routine skin care & vitamin suppliments, non responding pimples need to be treated by Antibiotics/hormonal supliment.

Please visit an endocrinologist for hormonal assessment followed by management by hormonal supplimentation to combat basic cause of your pimples.

2 & 3. The scars & redness that has already occured need to be treated by cosmetic procedures like special facial masks, laser resurfacing. Please consult a cosmetologist.

4,Specific treatment /management advised by expert&a healthy diet with regular exercises along with routine skin care is all you need
