Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
right shoulder pain post injury may be due rotator cuff sprain or minor hairline fracture. you need to be investigated with xray of right shoulder anteroposterior and axillary views to rule out fracture. if it turns out normal wear shoulder immobiliser for 2 weeks and take tab diclofenac sodium 50 mg twice a day for 3 days .if it shows fracture please consult orthopaedic surgeon nearby your locality.thanks.
