I have itchy arches for a few years.It comes and goes. It it worse at night kids my feet get hot. I m 9 weeks pregnant and I m afraid it can affect my pregnancy. Seems like the hormones are making the itchy feet worse. I think my symptoms started a few years ago when I started running everyday. Now that I m pregnant I haven t run in as few weeks but my feet itch aT might. What can this be?
