Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, you seem to have developed pigmentation as a result of waxing on your upper lip which we call as post inflammatory hyper pigmentation.

I suggest you to apply a broad spectrum sunscreen during the day and a cream containing hydroquinone with mild steroid at night. Since these are prescription medicines, you need to contact a dermatologist, and review time to time.

It may take some time for the mark to go away so you need to have patience.
