How To Treat Penis Pain Due To Frenulum Tear After Having Sex?

I was having sex with my girlfriend, and along those lines I tore my frenulum. At first I could peel back the foreskin and clean it now it hurts just getting half way. What do I do? What medication do you recommend? How to clean it properly I ve been using just water to wash the blood away I don t know if I should use rubbing alcohol. Thank you

I have gone through your query. You can apply betadine ointment on the tore area. Avoid soaps and irritants like alcohol as it can irritate more. Using condoms while intercourse will be helpful to avoid such tear. Avoid intercourse till it heals. If this is recurring then approach a general surgeon or Urologist. In such case circumcision will be required which is a permanent solution for this.
