How To Treat Pearly Penile Papules And Dryness On The Penis?

Oke so I have Pearly Penile Papules and i read online that you can try putting toothpaste on it before thinking about laser treatment for it, so I tried it out, now... I applied toothpaste and let it sink a night but now my penis glans/head is all dried and my circumcisionscar looks a bit red at places, so does the glans. Do I apply moisturizer or what do you suggest?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Try to apply a moisturizer without odor or color such as vaseline or petroleum 2-3 times a day.
Avoid any chemical locally there so that there will be no worsening of the redness and local irritation.
Penile papules are normal and warrant no investigations or treatments.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
