How To Treat Painful Hematoma On The Upper Arm, Elbow And Shoulder Area?
Yes sir, please.....I was in an ATV accident and have a horrible hematoma on my upper arm from elbow to shoulder.....I had 7oz. Of blood removed from it last Tuesday. It it is still causing me terrible pain. What can I be doing while at home to help ease any pain

I can suggest rest to the arm. Ice packs and tablets containing proteolytic enzymes to decrease the swelling. Please don't do any hot fomentation. If you are on any blood thinning tablets, then it will take still more time. The usual time for full recovery is about three to four weeks.
