General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to a genital herpes. I suggest to use Acyclovir cream for local application. I also suggest to use Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. Both medication can be used during pregnancy. If the symptoms continue, you should consult a gynecologist for a physical examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
