How To Treat Pain On Left Side Of The Ribs Caused After Injury?
I Tripped going down the steps three days ago my left side still hurts right under the floating rib there is a bump inside and two the left side that seems to be getting bigger and hurts when I move especially when I have to set up our turn is there anything I can do about it or should I worry about it at all and let time Heel it?

I think you need dermabrasion or microdermo abrasion to treat it. It can only be done to dermatologist. Use high SPF cream because sun exposure can make it worse.
