How To Treat Pain In Head Above The Ear?

I was playing around with my son the other day and he accidentally head budded me pretty hard on the rite side of my head above the ear. It hurts when opening my mouth to eat and when applying pressure to the are I got hit at. Also my rite ear is slightly aching.

i have gone through your question,
the pain in the ear, temporal region and difficulty in mouth opening could be because of the impact or it could be fracture of the bone also so kindly take a radiograph of the jaw bone like OPG to rule out fractured bones...take analgesics for pain like tablet flexon or diclofenac 50mg twice daily...... consult your dental surgeon if pain an limited mouth opening persists..
