I had a fall at work two days ago...fell hard on concrete impacting the right buttock. It is very sore and having some pain in right leg and back. Today while sitting in somewhat of an awkward position watching tv, most of the right side of my face and right ear have numbness and my hearing seems to be muffled in that ear. Could these two incidents be related in any way? Could the fall have damaged a nerve in my neck leading to facial numbness?
