Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think that it can be due to following reasons.
1.lack of salt in body
2.low calcium
3.Thyroid, Diabetes or Hypertension
So I would suggest you to drink a glass of water with a table spoon full of salt. It will take care of spasm. Also local heat application will be beneficial. Tablet Carnisure one daily is also helpful.
Take calcium and vitamin D 3 daily. This will improve bone strength. I hope these steps will help in improving cramps. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
