How To Treat Ovarian Cysts?

Hi I just got a laparoscopy today because my doctor was worried I had endometriosis causing heavy bleeding and severe pain. Well that want the case I don t have endometriosis. He said I had a bunch of small cyst on my ovaries. What do you recommend I do art my follow up appointment. I m 27 years old and also had a tubal 2 years ago. Thank you
