How To Treat Osteoarthritis In Both Feet?

1.what can be done if anything, when you have multilevel djd and ddd throughout your body. This includes my hands w/ slight to minimal spur formations, r/o djd of my thoracic spine and bilateral AC joint w/ostophytes projecting inferiorly and superiorly. my cervical spine w/multiple abnormalities such as: large osteophytes, short stature verbal bodies, narrowed disk spaces anterior spondylosis, cervical lordosis, calcifications of spinal ligaments, left side of cervical rib greater than the right, rising c7, I have clips within the right and left pelvis( what is that?) also ddd(degenerative disk disease) of my lumbar spine, also degenerative arthritic disease w/narrowing of the lateral joint compartments in my knees, osteoarthritis in both feet, with hammertoe deformities, calcaneal spurs bilaterally, cyctic change or developing erosions at first metatarsal heads medially. there is question of superimposed gout , there is also palpable nodules. 2.Also, is ,it alright to ignore multiple palpable masses in the left axillary region which appears to be a vessel and most probably the axillary vein(according to their report)? After the ultrasound, palpable masses began appearing down my arm and in my wrist. The ones that appeared down the arm come and go while the one in the left wrist steadily remains just like the left axillary region. There is also a palpable mass (large)that travels and lodges in my right leg behind the knee. When this happens my foot, calf, behind my knee and just below my buttock hurts so bad that you cannot sleep and when I first stand up I almost fall down, then I have dificulty walking with extreme pain until it goes away (which last time took 3 days). It occurs out of the blue, instantaneously. The right leg has not been checked out or documented, but it has been mentioned by me. How important is this and are there any test or treatments that should be done? what problems could arise if left untreated? 3. If your bad cholesterol level is high should it be addressed? If a year later you show atherosclerotic changes, should that be addressed or treated? Are the two symptoms connected and is it ok for both to be ignored. If not, what steps, test or treatments should be done or considered? 4. If your vitamin D levels are depleted to the point of the entire toenails lifting from the nail beds, and having to take vit.D2 50,000 unit capsules at the age of 52 for 7 days to return it to a level of 32, should a bone density test be done; if so, how important is it? If low bone mass shows should that be treated and how? and should treatment be put off or delayed? Should blood in the urine be ignored? 5. I get extreme burning, sharp jabbing pains in my head, eyes, feet, hands and legs. numbing, aching to the bone,Are there any test available to see why this happens? I hurt alot, seldom do I have a day with no pain. If I am not dealing with these problems mentioned above, then the fybromyalgia kicks my tail. or both. My spine hurts, across my hips hurts. If its not one thing its another or multiple symptoms And when they all attack at the same time, I just cry... If there is any information you can give me, I will appreciate it. I am getting no where with the VA. They said I cannot make an appointment unless I am sick even though this is the results of their xrays and test in my VA medical records. I have had to fight and beg to get these test. I had to straight up ask should nt I have a bone density test I finally got it this year. Its been weeks, and still no one has bothered to tell me anything about my spine or osteoporosis results. Almost everything I wrote to you, I only know because I went and got a copy of my medical records. I cannot understand the osteoporosis results but it looks like in some areas I am in the low bone mass area. I know the doctor has seen these reports, but I am not being told anything except you cannot make an appointment unless your sick.. If this is not sick, I don t know what to call it. Should any follow ups, test, and or treatments be done on any of the ailments mentioned.
