How To Treat Nausea With Loose Motion?

Hi After a bout of diarrhoea and vomiting, i was prescribed with Normetrogyl 400mg for 5 days. Having completed two days of medication, i feel very weak and have a headache. Though there is no vomiting, but there is nausea and had a few loose motions as well

Noted the history of a bout of diarrhea and vomiting, prescribed with Normetrogyl, for 5 days, feeling week after 2 days of the course, have headache, no vomiting, but there is nausea and few loose motions as well...
As per the history you have given this looks to be gastroenteritis and in spite you are on a correct line of treatment there is a problem of nausea, weakness and loose stools.
I would advise you the following:
PPI like Omeprazole to control the Gastritis that can be caused by gastroenteritis and Normetrogyl medicines.
Domperidone if required for nausea.
Soft bland diet of home-made food.
Boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
Consult your Doctor again to see any medicine like Cefixime to be added or changed over to.
Oral rehydration solution with water or intravenous fluids and electrolytes to combat the weakness.
