How To Treat Mild Pain During Erection And Cuts On Foreskin Caused Due To Phimosis?

Hey there, I ve been suffering from phimosis and its really embarrassing with the way I have to face its consequences. The skin doesn t retract fully and which causes problems and slight pain in erection. The foreskin has got tears underneath it and the ferulum part is really red and feel pain while excretion. This is really affecting my confidence and want a perfect guidance from you. It would be really very greatful if I would be guided on the path of curement.Thank you.

Hi,

Usually, this condition is resolved by age of 18, of its own in most of the cases. If it is not resolved by this age or causing painful symptoms during micturition or erection, then treatment is to be required.

The early home remedies by repeatedly taking back and forward of fore skin ,use of steroid cream to soften the skin over prepuce and make the adhesions more soft for any movement of fore-skin. However, if the home remedies like above do not work, then operation of circumcision is advised for the relief of symptoms.
