How To Treat Mild Headache?

im feeling mostly dizzy with a mild headache and also sick in the stomach. its only been 6hrs since i started feeling like this it comes in waves but i dont get better inbetween just less sick. ive been feeling hungry but sick at the same time, i have been eatting and drinking water. my doc also wants to talk to me about my iron levels.
