i was having sex and as i was going forward onto her there was a sudden sharp pain in the calf muscle, it was so painful i felt like crying, i felt it and there was a lump on my calf which felt like the muscle. I tried to relax and the pain went within 10 minutes, my leg is now completely fine, what happend?
