How To Treat Lump In The Lower Left Abdomen?

I feel a lump in my left lower abdomen area that is around my ovaries. I am thinking that it is a bigger ovarian cyst because I can feel it and it causes me lots of pain, pressure when I need to go to the bathroom and lower back aches. What is my next step?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Lump in the lower abdomen which is present and you could feel it means that it is quite big enough.
You need to get clinically examined by a Surgeon/Gynecologist to make sure where it is originating from.
Next step is to get an ultrasound abdomen scan done so that it gives the proper dimension and location details of it.
After this, further what could be done can be decided and accordingly managed.
All the best.
