How To Treat Lower Stomach Pain And Dizziness Due To Lack Of Appetite?
Me and my girlfriend broke up a few weeks ago, after that she stopped eating but isn t sure if it s because we broke up. For about two weeks she s been getting really bad lower stomach pains, feeling really faint, dizzy, and feeling really sick. Could all of these be connected?
I understand that you are concerned about your girlfriend's recent health problems following the recent break up. In my opinion, it is likely that there is a connection between her poor food intake and the symptoms that you have mentioned.
Poor food intake can result in excessive acid secretion, which in turn can result in gastric irritation. This can manifest with symptoms like nausea, stomach pains, feeling sick, etc.
Annother possibility for her poor appetite and other symptoms could be increased anxiety. It is possible that the stress of the break up could be worsening or aggravating her symptoms.
I would suggest that you advise her to take her meals regularly and sleep adequately. She can also take an antacid syrup and an anti-ulcer medication like Omeprazole.
