How To Treat Lower Belly Pain?

i did a carboot today and then after went in the loft and got the christmas stuff and put them all up and after that i keep gettin a pain in my lower belly and its not the first time this has happend evrytime i lift stuff a little bit letter my lower belly hurts?

I really appreciate your concern, from the history given I could say that it could be smooth muscular spasm or it could be some herniated condition both of it needed differentiation, and for that imaging study is must till then try to avoid lifting the weight and Tab Dicyclomine can be tried hope this information helps.
