How To Treat Loose Motion?

I'm 25, male and a terrible tennis player. I got used to eat crap food, too spicy, fast foods, soft drinks instead of water, eat all sorts which I shouldn't. Since couple of years, I started to get pains just under my ribs, needing to pass winds often, go to toilett to sit just to pass winds, has loose motion too. I've done scan, blood tests, stool test and colonscopy. Everything's as normal as one can expect an young sportive guy like me. Constantly going to the toilet is uncomfortable. I'm stressed out of my situation. Could anyone help me ? Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking hope, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that the symptoms that you have could be due to some infection and it could be mix type of infection and this might be causing the dyspepsia too.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Ofloxacine with Ornidazole twice in day for three days, along with that I would give Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20mg once in day for two weeks.
If this fails to responds then the given symptoms could be due to IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome ) it is the kind of functional kind of disease.
this information helps.
