I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist once for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test, ultrasound, and endoscopy besides seeking your medical history. Doctor may prescribe laxative, Ornidazole or Albendazole along with Ranitidine. You should keep your head elevated while lying down. You should take proper course of antacid along with proton pump inhibitors. Drink plenty of fluids. You should eat light and non spicy food. You should avoid food like seafood and nuts.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
