I'm 17, female, 5ft10in, 140 pounds. I got hit HARD on the inside of my knee playing basketball about a week ago, and I still have severe pain all around the knee and cannot walk properly. Sometimes it feels like a twinge and it's constantly hot and feels like it's burning. It feels uncomfortable and stiff and clicks when i try to fully straighten it. The click is toward the front of the knee. When I bend it and put weight on it, I get pain around the front/inside of the kneecap. When I straighten it, I get pain on the outside of the kneecap. It is so painful I can barely concentrate in school. also should mention I've already had an ankle reconstruction on the same leg. Any help is MUCH appreciated! I just want to get back to sport ASAP. Thank you!
